1 - 2 ounces Peach Habanero shrub
1 - 2 ounces bourbon whisky
1 egg white
2 dashes angostura bitters
Combine shrub, whisky and egg white in a shaker with some ice. Shake violently for 20 seconds. Strain over a large ice cube in a high ball glass. Top with angostura bitters. Cheers!
